Got a call from 415-659-6871 yesterday. The robot claimed to be from treasury and told be a magistrate is waiting for me. Blocked the number and sent a mail to treasury.gov https://www.treasury.gov/services/report-fwa/Pages/Report-Email-Scams.aspx . This seems to be another of the 419 variety.
